AT WE FEET: PROTOJE & DAMIAN MARLEY DELIVER A TIMELY MESSAGE OF HOPE
Jamaican reggae luminary Protoje has unveiled At We Feet, a stirring collaboration with Damian Jr. Gong Marley, marking their first-ever joint recording. The track arrives as the third preview of Protoje’s seventh studio album, The Art of Acceptance, due this spring via In.Digg.Nation Collective and Ineffable Records.
Produced by Winta James with visuals directed by Samo, this modern roots-reggae anthem centres on the Jamaican proverb “Whatever we need Jah put a we feet”, a meditation on faith and abundance found in life’s simplicity.
“It’s about surrender and trust,” Protoje explains. “When you move with love, provision comes, even in hard times.”
WHEN YOU MOVE WITH LOVE, PROVISION COMES, EVEN IN HARD TIMES
The song carries profound resonance for the St. Elizabeth native, whose rural homeland recently weathered Hurricane Melissa. His longstanding advocacy for self-sufficiency and connection to the land infuses every verse with hard-earned wisdom.

Following his Grammy-nominated 2022 album, Third Time’s The Charm, Protoje continues crafting conscious reggae rooted in truth and purpose. At We Feet follows earlier singles Big 45 and Feel It from the forthcoming LP.
Protoje launches an international tour this March across Europe and the United States, including festival slots and a special Houston date with Stephen Marley. Check out the full itinerary here.
ABOUT PROTOJE

Born to singer Lorna Bennett, Protoje emerged from Saint Elizabeth to redefine Jamaican reggae for a new era. His breakthrough arrived with The Seven Year Itch (2011), blending roots tradition with modern sensibility. Ancient Future (2015) cemented his status, where its single Who Knows with Chronixx became a generation-defining anthem.
Two Grammy nominations followed for A Matter of Time (2018) and Third Time’s The Charm (2022), proving him both a visionary artist and cultural architect.
