Christos DC, born Christopher Vrenios in Washington, D.C., inherited his musical passion from opera-loving parents. Embracing his Greek heritage, he took the moniker Christos DC from his grandmother.

His deep appreciation for the sounds coming out of Kingston, Jamaica, led Christos to produce and record with iconic reggae artists Sly and Robbie, the Firehouse Crew, The Itals, Augustus Pablo, Sugar Minot, and Don Carlos, the original lead singer from the Grammy-winning group Black Uhuru.

Under his independent label, Honest Music, Christos DC produced albums like “Time to Rise.” He has garnered many accolades, including chart-toppers like “Righteous Chant.”
