Sun Shade, the velvet-voiced lovers rock singer from Montego Bay, returns with Move With Motion—a radiant, emotionally layered EP steeped in smooth grooves and lyrical honesty. Clocking in at five tracks, the Jeanne Music release showcases the Jamaican-born, Ohio-based artist at his most focused and fluid.
Built in collaboration with Craig McDonald, Foxy D Production, and the legendary Computer Paul, the production shimmers without overwhelming the intimacy of Sun Shade’s voice. Each contributor brings subtle textures, enhancing the EP’s mellow depth and sonic clarity.
Following his vibrant interpretation of Phil Collins’s Against All Odds, which soared to global party status, Move With Motion carries him further into his prime. It’s a warm-up to a full-length project expected later this year, and an invitation to slow down and feel deeply.

ABOUT SUN SHADE
Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Sun Shade blends classic reggae with heartfelt originality. He began performing professionally in high school, shaped by icons like Sanchez, Dennis Brown, and Phil Collins.
Since moving to the US, he has released standout tracks including Jah Love, Honey, and Forever Love. Along the way, he’s toured with legends such as Luciano and Sizzla.
Driven by purpose, he aims to break barriers and connect people through every note he sings.
