Jamaican rising star Kapri100mill has dropped his latest single, ‘Cow Girl’. This infectious track is a surprising but refreshing blend of dancehall and country music.

The inspiration for this unique fusion came from Seanizzle himself. Two years ago, while working in the US, he stumbled upon a sample that sparked his creativity. “I tried making something with it, but it just wasn’t clicking,” Seanizzle explains. “So, I shelved it, figuring I’d come back to it later.”

Fast-forward to late January 2024. Out of the blue, Kapri100mill calls Seanizzle with a surprising request. “He told me he was feeling a country music vibe and wanted to work on a song that mixed it with dancehall,” says Seanizzle. It was like reading my mind! I was already revisiting that old sample with the country feel in mind.”

The stars truly aligned for ‘Cow Girl’. With newfound enthusiasm, Seanizzle crafted the riddim. He sent it over to Kapri100mill, who immediately laid down his vocals. “And the rest is history,” Seanizzle concludes with a grin.
