HEZRON GETS PLAYFULLY PROVOCATIVE ON AFRO-REGGAE BURNER ‘PROPERTY MANAGER’
Hezron isn’t pulling punches on his scorching single Property Manager—a slick Afrobeat-reggae fusion that’s part slow wine, part lyrical flex. Released via Tad’s Record, the track oozes confidence and innuendo, with Hezron crooning suggestively about land rights, surveying acres, and boundary lines. It’s not exactly real estate advice.
Wrapped in bubbling percussion, shimmering guitars, and keyboard textures courtesy of Leroy Romans and Rohan Dwyer, Property Manager is sonically rich but rooted in groove.
The beat came courtesy of Star Tyson (Star Beat Reggae), but the swagger is all Hezron. His delivery is smooth, cheeky, and deliberate, elevating euphemism to an art form.
Still, this isn’t just about flirtation. Hezron’s journey into Afrobeats began during his 2023 African tour, where he performed in Ghana, reconnected with ancestral roots, and was named Kwame Bonsu by Ashanti royalty. That experience sparked a creative fire, and the music hasn’t let up since.

Following three earlier releases this year, including the politically charged Kuju Nyumbani and the sultry Blame It On The Wine, Hezron sounds more focused and freer than ever. “I create frequencies,” he says. “Different emotions. The desire to listen.”
Hezron’s global momentum is undeniable. He’s set to perform at Felabration, Nigeria’s annual festival honouring Afrobeat icon Fela Kuti, and Canada’s Victoria Ska Festival. Property Manager is playful, layered, and impossible to ignore—just like the man behind the mic.
