ABOUT TURBULENCE

Sheldon Campbell, better known as Turbulence, was discovered by Philip ‘Fatis’ Burrell, who gave him the opportunity to work with Sky High. He gained recognition in the year 2000 when he teamed up with Burrell’s Exterminator crew. His music style was a unique blend of ragga, hip-hop, and R&B, and he was known as a ‘sing-jay’. 

Turbulence’s unique sound led to collaborations with music icons such as Sizzla and Prince Malachi. In the summer of 2000, he toured Europe, where he wowed the audience at the Montreux International Jazz Festival. His self-titled debut album, which featured popular hits such as ‘Hold The Faith’ and ‘Living In Sufferation’, showcased his versatility and cemented his status as a leading artist in the world of reggae music.
