DAMIAN MARLEY DROPS VIDEO FOR SINGLE “WISEMEN”

Damian ‘Jr. Gong’ Marley, the four-time Grammy Award-winning reggae artist, has just unveiled the official video for his poignant single, “Wisemen.” In this self-produced track, Marley delves into the timeless quest for true love. He gifts listeners a classic tribute to women set against an up-tempo rhythm.

Wisemen offers a fresh perspective on relationships and romance, one rarely explored. Love remains an enduring pursuit with its moments of loss and discovery.

Marley’s lyrics echo this sentiment: “True love is hard to find,” he sings, “And even if it don’t exist, you cannot fault a man for trying.

TRUE LOVE IS HARD TO FIND, AND EVEN IF IT DON’T EXIST, YOU CANNOT FAULT A MAN FOR TRYING

Remember the iconic “Beautiful,” featuring Bobby Brown from the 2005 album “Welcome to Jamrock”? And the unforgettable 2012 single “Affairs of the Heart”? Marley’s latest offering, “Wisemen,” joins this cherished lineage—a new chapter in an unending story.

Notably, “Wisemen” follows hot on the heels of Damian’s single, “My Sweet Lord.” A spiritual reinterpretation of George Harrison’s original track, it garnered praise from none other than George Harrison’s wife, Olivia Harrison, and the George Harrison Estate.

“My Sweet Lord” and “Wisemen” are released on the Ghetto Youth International record label, which Damian and his brothers Stephen and Julian co-own.

As we groove to the beats of “Wisemen,” let’s celebrate Damian Marley’s unwavering commitment to love, music, and the human experience.
