Fearon’s music has always been a powerful outlet for him, and ‘Survival Vibration’ is no exception. He penned the album during the height of the pandemic, yet it pulsates with positivity, thoughtful messages, and good vibes.

Interestingly, Fearon actually began crafting these songs before his last album, ‘Breaking News.’ He plays all the instruments on it, a testament to his talent and dedication. Listen closely, and you’ll hear the beautiful acoustic bass that becomes a signature throughout the record.

After the initial recording sessions of seven songs in autumn 2020, Fearon returned to the studio in January 2023 to complete the final four tracks. Benjamin Joubert mastered the album in Paris the following summer.

‘Survival Vibration’ marks Fearon’s third foray into the world of acoustic albums, following the critically acclaimed ‘Mi An Mi Guitar’ (2005) and ‘Heart And Soul’ (2012).

This latest offering is a survival kit crafted by a reggae maestro who’s seen it all. Filled with hope, wisdom, and a touch of island vibes, ‘Survival Vibration’ is an album designed to inspire a brighter future.
