BE LIKE YOU: ARISE ROOTS AND DEZARIE’S SOULFUL ROOTS COLLAB
Drawing a firm line against corruption, greed, and dark energy, Southern California heavyweights Arise Roots join forces with St. Croix icon Dezarie on Be Like You. The track arrives as the third preview of the band’s upcoming Ineffable Records album, standing as a conscious stance against the traps of modern Babylon.
Be Like You combines a richly layered roots production with deep spiritual resonance. Dezarie commands the track with her powerful vocal presence, striking a perfect balance alongside Arise Root’s rich, soulful harmonies.
A VITAL CALL TO CHOOSE LOVE AND POSITIVITY
At the heart of the song is a vital call to rise above bitterness, negativity, and hate. Instead of succumbing to low energy, the artists encourage listeners to keep their motives pure, choosing love and positivity even in challenging times.
By grounding its conscious message in roots tradition, this magnetic collaboration not only elevates their upcoming album rollout, but serves as a timeless reminder of reggae’s power to uplift, unite, and heal.
