These two personable and talented musicians have become reggae music’s favorite duo.

Freemynz is known for “Time to Shine” and is now emerging from the pandemic with a new vibrant song, “Dangerous,” poised to create a global storm. The new single is an up-tempo track that shows this duo is on their way to another hit on the top chart.

On the track “Dangerous,” Freemynz rides this rhythm produced by Steven “Lenky” Marsden, also known for his dancehall riddim Diwali. Diwali had three songs that reached number 1, 2, and 11 on the Billboard charts featuring reggae luminaries Sean Paul, Lumidee, and Wayne Wonder.

The co-writer for “Dangerous” is Andre “GC” Fennell. He is a Grammy-Nominated artist, songwriter, and producer who has worked in reggae, dancehall, RnB, and hip hop with Shaggy, Maxi Priest, and Marley’s, Beyonce, Jlo, and Enrique Iglesias, to name a few.

When Jamaican musicians David “Catapila” Nevin and Dennis “Shango Trex” Llewellyn embarked on their music careers, they never imagined one day they would evolve into the duo music lovers would come to know as Freemynz. Stemming from a need to be open-minded and oblivious to society’s ‘box’ mentally, Freemynz (pronounced free minds) was born.
