FREEMYNZ | D’ANGEL | DANGEROUS REMIX

DANCEHALL DUO FREEMYNZ COLLABORATE WITH THE FIRST LADY OF DANCEHALL, D’ANGEL, TO BRING YOU “DANGEROUS (REMIX)”.

If you didn’t think it could get better, you were mistaken.  “Dangerous (Remix)” is an Afrobeat/Dancehall fusion that the duo, along with producer and co-writer Andre ‘GC’ Fennell, developed because they believed it deserved to stay in the limelight and also reach a bigger audience.

When Jamaican musicians David “Catapila” Nevin and Dennis “Shango Trex” Llewellyn embarked on their music careers, they never imagined one day they would evolve into the duo music lovers would come to know as Freemynz. Stemming from a need to be open-minded and oblivious to society’s ‘box’ mentally, Freemynz (pronounced free minds) was born. These two personable and talented musicians have become reggae music’s favorite duo. Freemynz is known for “Time to Shine” and is now emerging from the pandemic with a new vibrant song, “Dangerous,” poised to create a global storm. The new single is an up-tempo track that shows this duo is on their way to another hit on the top chart”.

“Michelle Downer, born and raised in Spanish Town and is now known to the world as D Angel. She maintains a constant presence on the dancehall scene both locally and internationally for the past few years now.

Hailing from St. Catherine High School, a businesswoman, an artiste and now a mother, D’ Angel is the epitome of a true Caribbean woman, focused on fulfilling her life’s dream of becoming one of the top dancehall artistes on the world stage. D Angel continues to break down barriers and is a role model to numerous young women.

D Angel continues to display that confidence and hard work will pay-off as she have been a member of the major schools and community tours namely; Coca-Cola, RE-TV and recently Irie FM Road Show. She represents Jamaica as an ambassador when she performs on major shows overseas and boasts proudly to be amongst the lineup of other major shows here in Jamaica especially the prestigious Reggae Sumfest for two consecutive years now.

The future looks bright for D’Angel because she’s one of the hottest Female Dancehall Artists and her growing demand as well.”
