Ilements channels raw emotion and sharp storytelling into As It Is, an album that blends deep introspection with vibrant, roots-driven soundscapes. Released via Baco Records, the project fuses roots reggae and rub-a-dub, shaping a sound that reflects his Caribbean heritage while pushing boundaries.
At the heart of the album is I’m From A Place, a gripping portrait of his homeland. “It’s a tax haven plagued by poverty,” he sings, exposing the stark divide between wealth and struggle. His lyrics hit hard, calling for awareness, justice, and liberation.
