Nadia’s journey takes her off the beaten track, from pop experiments with the Canadian group Agape to her deep admiration for Nina Simone. But it’s reggae that pulses through her veins.
Her encounter with France’s premier reggae band, The Ligerians, during the pandemic was transformative. From the powerful single ‘Lockdown’ to a promising EP and ‘album ‘Shelter from the Storm’, Nadia’s voice resonates as a beacon of truth and change.

ABOUT THE LIGERIANS
The Ligerians, hailing from Tours, France, formed in 2010. Their SoulNurse Records studio became a creative base. The band created a roots reggae trilogy before teaming up with Joe Pilgrim. They collaborated with reggae legends and released albums like ‘Intuitions’ and ‘Step Out’. A meeting with Chezidek led to the album ‘Timeless’. The Ligerians work with many artists today, shaping the global reggae scene.
